In December 2004, a Corridor Development and Management Plan (CDMP) for the Ports to Plains Corridor was completed. While the recommendations for the plan were far reaching and extensive, the need for improved truck parking and rest area deficiencies was given a limited analysis, resulting in generalized recommendations for improvements along the Corridor.
